Curt Rademaker is a retired FAA air traffic controller. He spent 32 years in the profession and was certified in each operational discipline (Control Tower Operator, Radar Approach Controller, and En-Route Controller). He worked his way up through various management positions and ended his career as a NAS Efficiency Manager, overseeing the efficiency of the entire National Airspace System. He is passionate about finding inefficiencies and developing mitigations to improve. He is now a Subject Matter Expert with ATAC Corporation, providing support for air traffic simulation, modeling, analysis, and next-gen technology development. His operational, analytical, and technical background makes Curt a perfect addition to the CATRes team.
