Neil is an innovation and transformation leader with a history of AI-driven product success in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and finance sectors. He has driven award-winning and "first-ever" products and solutions throughout his career and continues to find innovation rewarding and inspiring. Neil is the founder of Project Gestalt, a provider of business transformation services for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and financial sectors. Project Gestalt launched the PCAA business line in 2021 to serve the global aviation sector by providing advisory services on airspace efficiency, delay reduction, and capacity enhancement. Neil has been at Pfizer since 2019 where he is currently Product/Platform Management in the Content Experience Innovation & Gen AI group where he established a unique product/platform approach for rapid delivery of AI to revolutionize solution development.
Education:
Neil is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Innovation from the University of Aveiro where his research focuses on digital-twin enabled innovation.
He holds a post-graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from University of Oxford’s Saïd School of Business, an MBA from the University of Montana, a Master of Architecture from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of University Studies from University of Utah. He holds strategy certificates on AI, IoT and blockchain technologies from MIT and Oxford University.
